“The Estacada Citizen” is a blog created by Lily Shaver in 2024, with a vision to connect the people of Estacada. Estacada is growing in leaps and bounds. More and more houses are being built, and our town is growing. As we grow, this blog strives to bridge the gap between the old-timers and the newcomers. “The Estacada Citizen” is a labor of love that Lily Shaver works on during her spare time. She loves Estacada and has lived in the area most of her life, attending Estacada High School.
