Lily Shaver was raised in Eagle Creek, Oregon, and now lives in Estacada, Oregon. She is passionate about building unity in the Estacada community. In 2019 she earned a B.S. in English/Journalism, from Corban University. For “The Estacada Citizen” she has channeled her love of people, interviewing, photography, and the Estacada community.
